How long will my order take?
Each print is made to order and professionally printed on premium 240gsm matte art paper. Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days, with free shipping Australia-wide. You will receive tracking as soon as it's on it's way.
Can I return my order?
Every print is created especially for you, but if something arrives damaged, not up to our quality standards, or fades over time, we'll replace or reprint it - for life.
Simply email hello@goldenhouredit.com.au with your order number and photos, and our friendly team will take care of it.
Where are you based?
We're proudly based in Palm Beach, of the Gold Coast (QLD Australia). All prints are produced and shipped from our local workshop with love and care.
