At Golden Hour Edit, every piece of art is made to order with care — printed, checked, and packed right here in Australia.

We believe that receiving your artwork should be a beautiful experience from start to finish.



Production & Dispatch Times


All prints are custom made and typically dispatched within 2–7 business days from the time your order is placed.

During busy periods or sale events, production may take a little longer — but rest assured, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.



Delivery Times


Once dispatched, delivery times vary depending on your location:

Metro areas: 2–5 business days

Regional & remote areas: 5–10 business days


All orders include free standard shipping Australia-wide.



Tracking Your Order


As soon as your order has been printed and packed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey.



Packaging


Your art prints are carefully rolled and shipped in sturdy, eco-friendly tubes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.



Delays & Lost Parcels


While we partner with trusted courier services, sometimes delays can occur due to weather, public holidays, or carrier disruptions.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please email us at hello@goldenhouredit.com.au — we’ll track it down for you right away.



International Shipping


At this time, we ship within Australia only. We hope to offer international shipping soon — sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when it becomes available.
