We specialise in made-to-order fine art prints designed to bring warmth and personality to your home.

2. Products & Printing
All our prints are made to order, printed in Australia using premium fine-art materials.
Please note that slight colour variations may occur between screen displays and the final printed piece — this is normal and part of the artistic process.

3. Orders & Payments
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other approved payment gateways.

4. Production & Shipping
Orders are printed and prepared with care. Please allow 2–7 business days for dispatch.
We ship Australia-wide using trusted courier services, and you will receive tracking once your order has been sent.

5. Returns & Warranty
Because each print is custom-made to order, we can only accept returns for faulty, damaged, or quality-related issues.
If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@goldenhouredit.com.au with your order details and photos of the issue.
We proudly offer a Lifetime Print Guarantee — if your print fades, desaturates, or shows a quality defect over time, we’ll replace it free of charge.
